T. Curtis Holmes, Jr. - President and Chief Executive Officer
Holmes brings more than fifteen years of executive leadership experience in providing innovative software solutions to global enterprises. Holmes joined Texert as President and Chief Executive Officer in April 2008. Prior to Texert, Holmes served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MetaSolv Software from July 2003 to December 2006, prior to MetaSolv being acquired by Oracle Corporation. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2003. He led MetaSolv’s return to profitable growth through significant global expansion initiatives and key strategy-driven acquisitions, including acquiring operations support systems software assets from Nortel Networks early in 2002, and acquiring London-based Orchestream Holdings plc in 2003. Prior to joining MetaSolv in January 2001, Holmes was Vice President of the Intelligent Network Unit of Lucent Technologies. Under his direction, the Intelligent Network Unit achieved a major global expansion, market leadership position, and sustained revenue growth and profitability. He has more than 25 years experience in the communications software industry, including managing the development of operations support systems applications. He started his career at Bell Laboratories in 1984. Holmes is a director of Elanti Systems, Inc. and Greenhill School. He previously served as director of Tango Networks. Holmes earned an M.S. in Computer Science from Purdue University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern University.
Kent Thornton – Vice President, Marketing and Product Management
Kent Thornton is responsible for Texert’s strategic marketing and product planning and management. Previously, Thornton served as Vice President, Sales prior to Texert’s spin-off from Asparity Decision Solutions. Prior to being acquired by Asparity, Thornton was one of the founders of Portiva Corporation where he served from 2000 to 2006 in multiple capacities including President, COO, CEO, and a member of the Board of Directors. From 1997 to 2000, Thornton also served as Senior Vice President of Operations and a member of the Board of Directors of ARNet, Inc. where he spearheaded ARNet’s relationship with key strategic business partners. Prior to joining ARNet, Thornton was a Regional Sales Director with Corporate Systems from 1990 to 1996. Thornton has over 18 years in the risk management industry and holds the Associate in Risk Management designation from the Insurance Institute of America. Thornton earned a BBA in Marketing from West Texas State University.
Anthony Y. Lui – Vice President, Technology Planning and Architecture
Anthony Lui is responsible for Texert’s overall technology strategy and for driving the product definition, architecture evolution, and user experiences for Texert’s product portfolio. Lui has over twenty years of experience in architecting, designing, and developing innovative software products for global customers. His software systems experiences spans business intelligence, performance management, and operations support systems products. He held management positions in a diverse set of companies including Subex, Tektronix, MetaSolv Software, and Lucent Technologies. He started his career at Bell Laboratories where he was responsible for the design and development of major operations support systems to support global telecommunications networks. Lui earned both M.S. and B.S. degrees in both Computer Science and Statistics from Iowa State University.
Quin J. Rodriguez – Vice President Worldwide Sales
Quin Rodriguez joined Texert in 2008 and brings to Texert over fifteen years of sales leadership and positioning of compelling enterprise services and solutions to global enterprise customers. Rodriguez is responsible for leading Texert’s global sales efforts, including strategic sales development and channel partner relationships. He has experience in working in both small entrepreneurial companies as well as larger established companies. He has held executive sales positions at diverse companies including Sitel, Moduslink, Netxtreme/PeerWisdom and Insight Enterprises. He has a track record of identifying, segmenting and developing new markets, and delivering results through coordinated sales efforts. Rodriguez earned a B.S. degree from the University of Southern California.
Shyam Chintalapati – Director of Engineering
Shyam Chintalapati is Texert’s Director of Engineering and is responsible for all aspects of software product development, delivery, and customer support. Chintalapati has more than fifteen years of product engineering and software development experience which include real-time systems, client/server systems and large-scale, distributed, and web based architectures. Prior to Texert, he served in a management capacity at Tektronix Systems. Prior to Tektronix Systems, Mr. Chintalapati held various engineering roles at MetaSolv Software and NEC America, Inc. He is experienced in the development of innovative software products supporting business intelligence, performance management, operations support, and billing. Chintalapati earned a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, India. |
